These terms apply to the current waitlist phase of ACRE. When the ACRE platform launches, additional terms will govern your use of the app and community features.
Joining the ACRE waitlist gives you a place in line for early access to the ACRE platform when it launches. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, create a contractual obligation, or constitute a purchase of any kind. ACRE is free to join.
We reserve the right to decline waitlist requests, adjust the order of access, or modify the waitlist program at any time without liability.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when joining the waitlist. Submitting false information, including someone else's email address without their permission, is a violation of these terms.

This website and the waitlist are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grow With ACRE LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use this website or the waitlist, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Franklin County, Ohio.
